We are pleased to announce a BIKINI Preparation Seminar for the 2nd Kanto Open.
This seminar will include an overview of ANNBBF, an anti-doping seminar, and a posing seminar.
① Federation Overview & Anti-Doping Seminar – 40 minutes
Lecturer: Daisuke Inoue, ANNBBF Board Member & Head of International Anti-Doping Committee
Contents:
This session will cover the philosophy of ANNBBF, which promotes body sculpting as a sport, and provide an anti-doping seminar.
You will learn about the current state of doping in the body sculpting world, banned substances, and the risks involved.
There will also be a discussion about ANNBBF and its affiliated organization WNBF (the world’s largest natural body sculpting federation).
② Posing Seminar – 80 minutes
Lecturer: Akane Niboshi, ANNBBF Certified Bikini Coach
Contents:
This seminar will cover the mandatory poses and rules of ANNBBF.
We will also work on improving your range of motion to help address the root cause of why certain poses may be difficult to perform.
To be properly judged and evaluated on stage, this seminar is highly recommended.
Flow of the Seminar:
1. Introduction and overview
2. Posing review
3. Range of motion assessment (can your body currently perform the required poses?)
4. Warm-up for posing
5. Practical posing training
6. Staging and presentation practice
Important Notice:
Starting from the 2025 season, all competitors in the ANNBBF Bikini category are required to attend both the anti-doping seminar and the posing seminar.
If you are planning to compete this year, please make sure to attend at least once before the competition.
