We will be holding a preparation seminar for the Kansai Open and All Japan Championships in the Bikini division.
We are planning to hold a federation overview (ANNBBF introduction), an anti-doping seminar, and a posing seminar.
①Federation Overview & Anti-Doping Seminar – 40 minutes
Lecturer: Daisuke Inoue – ANNBBF Board Member & Chair of the International Anti-Doping Committee
Content: A seminar covering the federation’s philosophy (promoting body shaping as a sport) and an in-depth explanation of anti-doping.
The seminar will explain the current state of doping in the body shaping industry, banned substances, and the dangers associated with their use.It will also introduce ANNBBF and its partner organization, WNBF—the world’s largest natural bodybuilding federation.
②Posing Seminar – 80 minutes
Instructor: Akane Niboshi – Official ANNBBF Bikini Posing Instructor
Content:This seminar will cover the official ANNBBF mandatory poses and review competition rules.It also includes mobility work to help participants accurately perform the poses, addressing the root causes of difficulties in posing.
Please attend the seminar to ensure you are properly evaluated and judged in the competition.

Staging practice (including stage presentation techniques)
Starting from the 2025 season, all athletes competing in the ANNBBF Bikini category will be required to attend both the Anti-Doping Seminar and the Posing Seminar.
Athletes planning to compete this year are required to attend the seminar at least once before the competition. For more information on the reasons for this requirement, please refer to the official website or YouTube channel of the federation.
