ANNBBF Code of Conduct

​

1. Athletes cannot appeal the results of the judging. They must humbly accept the results and strive to improve.

2.  Athletes must pay careful attention to their attire and behavior, ensuring that they do not engage in actions that could hinder the development of bodybuilding.

3.  Athletes must comply with the rules of each competition and cooperate to ensure the smooth operation of the event.

4.  Athletes must wear competition trunks for men's bodybuilding, surf shorts for men's physique, swimsuits for women's body shape and figure, and bikinis for women. No additional accessories are allowed except those specified by the rules.

5.  The use of oil, color oil, etc., is allowed for both pre-judging and main judging, just as it is for international competitions.

6.  The use of drugs is strictly prohibited. Athletes who are found to have used drugs through doping tests will be publicly named and banned permanently, as a rule. For the regulations regarding doping tests, please refer separately.

7. Furthermore, athletes newly joining ANNBBF must not have used drugs in the past.

8.  The winner of the All Japan Championship must make efforts to participate in natural international competitions.

 

 

ANNBBF Inter-Organization Interaction Regulations

① Basic Policy
ANNBBF engages in activities to contribute to the spread and development of natural bodybuilding, and exchanges with other organizations must align with this goal.

② International Organization Exchange
Exchange with international organizations is limited to natural bodybuilding organizations, including:

1. WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation)

2. Other organizations recognized by WNBF

3. Organizations recognized by the ANNBBF Board or General Assembly

③ Domestic Organization Exchange
Participation of athletes in other organizations' events is generally allowed, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The athlete has paid the annual membership fee.

2. The athlete participates in an ANNBBF-hosted competition in that year.

3. The athlete undergoes the doping test for that year.

Note: If an individual agrees with ANNBBF's policies and operates solely within ANNBBF, they are allowed to join as an individual member or as part of a group, even if their gym is affiliated with another organization.

④ Gym Contests and Other Events

1. Events organized by ANNBBF-affiliated gyms:

   • The event must align with ANNBBF's goals.

   • The organizer must send the event details to the President for approval before the event.

2. Participation in events organized by non-ANNBBF-affiliated individuals:

   • The event must align with ANNBBF's goals.

   • The participant must send the event details to the President for approval.

⑤ Any matters not addressed by these regulations will be decided by the ANNBBF Board.

Supplementary Provisions

These regulations shall apply from January 19, 1997.
