Surf Shorts are Worn
The judging criteria focus on overall balance, bone structure, appropriate muscle mass, low body fat, and stage presence. The overall aesthetic appeal is assessed. Unlike bodybuilding, there is no requirement for the extreme muscle mass or low body fat.
In the pre-judging, the three mandatory poses are evaluated.
Starting from 2024, the free pose and side abdominal pose have been eliminated.。

The competition will be judged in a two-round format.
Pre-Judging
There will be a comparison judging from the lineup.
If there are 10 or more participants, the final round will be narrowed down to the top 10.
After the required poses, the participants will be split into two groups and individually perform the front and side poses at the center of the stage.

Two to three free poses will be performed using the front, side, and back poses at three different spots on the stage.
The awardees will be the top 6 finalists.
