Men's Bodybuilding

In the Bodybuilding division, judging is conducted through a series of mandatory poses.
This allows evaluation not only of individual muscle development, but also of the most balanced physique overall.
A bodybuilding posing suit must be worn.
Judging is based on a comprehensive evaluation of the following elements: overall muscle mass and impact; muscle separation and low body fat; definition (level of conditioning); proportion (balance of each muscle group); symmetry (left-to-right balance); and presentation through posing.
Mandatory Poses
Front Double Biceps / Front Lat Spread / Left Side Chest / Back Double Biceps / Back Lat Spread / Right Side Chest / Abdominals and Thighs / Side Triceps (either side) / Most Muscular
The competition will be judged in a two-round format.
Prejudging Round
-
Comparative judging will be conducted from the lineup.
-
If there are more than 10 competitors, the Final Round will be limited to the top 10 athletes.
-
Excessive pre-posing movements may result in point deductions.
Final Round
-
A free posing routine will be performed.
-
The duration of the free posing routine varies by competition; please be sure to confirm the specific time limit for each event.
-
In the free posing round, overall presentation is evaluated, including muscle conditioning, expressiveness, and routine composition.

Notes
-
The Side Triceps pose must be performed on either side (competitor’s choice).
-
There is no specific designation for the Most Muscular pose.
Under WNBF rules, the Hands-on-Hips Most Muscular or Crab Most Muscular is designated.
