Participation Requirements

• Athletes must comply with the ANNBBF philosophy and 100% natural regulations.

• Members registered with ANNBBF gyms, clubs, or as individuals (with annual fees paid for the current year).

• Athletes must undergo the doping tests specified by the competition.

  • Prohibited substances are listed on the WNBF official website.

• Tattoos are not allowed. However, small tattoos that can be fully covered with foundation are acceptable.

Entry Fee

¥18,000 (includes doping tests for all participants)

Admission Fee

• Advance Ticket: ¥5,000

• Same-Day Ticket: ¥5,500

Additional Notes

1. Men’s Bodybuilding serves as a qualifier for the All-Japan Bodybuilding Championship on October 20, 2024.

2. Free Posing Requirements:

   • Men’s Bodybuilding Overall and Women’s Body Shape: 60 seconds or less.

   • Bikini: L-Walk during the final round.

3. Coloring and Oil Application:

   • On-the-day coloring and oil application are prohibited.

   • Pre-checks will be conducted on the day of the competition.

   • Perform self-coloring or visit an ANNBBF-approved salon in advance.

   • Violation of this rule on the competition day may result in disqualification.

Backstage Pass

Eligible Persons:

• Those assisting with pump-up, managing athlete belongings, or interpreting for international athletes.

Important Notes:

• Assistance is allowed only in designated backstage areas.

• Backstage pass holders cannot enter the venue without a spectator ticket.

• A wristband will be provided upon purchasing the pass on the day.

  • Must be worn throughout the program.

• One backstage pass per athlete (¥3,000).

• Support personnel with backstage passes must arrive at the same time as the athlete.
