Judging Criteria
①Overall Body Balance & Shape
- Shoulder roundness, lat width, overall body dimension
- Visible abdominal lines, overall leg muscle development
- Glute muscles (roundness, volume), conditioning
※Excessive muscle mass or conditioning is considered outside the category.
②Total Package
・Staging (expressiveness)
・Outfit presentation, skin tone, makeup, hair shine, etc.
Attire Regulations
【Bikini】

Can be multicolored or solid.

Must wear a two-piece bikini.

Decorations such as studs, rhinestones, beads, appliques, connectors, straps, and hip connectors are allowed.
・Thongs, micro pro cut, and scoop cut are prohibited.
WNBF/INBF recommends pro cut or Brazilian cut.
※Both round-shaped and triangle bikinis are acceptable.
【High Heels】
・Clear heels with a height of 10-13 cm are recommended.
※No specific heel regulations.
【Accessories】
・Earrings, ear piercings, rings, and bracelets are allowed.
Accessories that cover the body will result in point deductions.
※Judging is strictly based on physique.
Standard pose

Front Pose

Face the pelvis and toes forward, extending one leg to the side.

You may slightly twist your waist as long as both your waist and shoulders are visible from the front.

Place one hand on your waist and let the other hand hang down below it.

To avoid obstructing the neighboring competitor, keep your wrist below your elbow.

You may bend either arm and leg.
The evaluation will be conducted in a two-round system.
Pre-judging
Comparison judging from the lineup.
If the number of participants exceeds 10, the final round will be limited to 10 contestants.
The top competitors are moved to the center. When your number is called, raise your hand, confirm the switch, and change positions accordingly.
Final
Walk from the stage wing to the center and take a front pose. (Posing in the wing is not allowed.)
Walk from the center toward the judges and perform 2 to 3 mandatory poses (front, side, or back) at the ★ position in any order.
After finishing the posing, return to the waiting position on the backline via the shortest route and wait in a front or side pose.
