【Career】

In 2022, transitioned from another organization to ANNBBF.
In the 2023 World Championship, competed in Masters Bikini and became the first Japanese woman to earn a pro card.
Won her pro debut the following day.

While continuing my journey as a competitor, I am excited to take on a new role as an instructor, utilizing my experience to guide others.

Since my second year of training, I have consistently competed in the Bikini category, challenging myself in international competitions in 2022 and 2023. Through these experiences, I realized that building a great physique alone is not enough to win—how you present yourself on stage is just as important.

Since the ideal presentation differs for each individual, my personal lessons focus on posing techniques that highlight each person’s strengths, detailed muscle control, and physique development specifically for Bikini competitors. I will explain everything in a way that is easy to understand, even for beginners.

I personally struggled with posing at first. Because I found it difficult, I went through many challenges to improve, and now I have a lot to share from that journey. I truly understand how it feels to struggle with posing.

I will support you in refining your posing to make your trained physique shine even more and help you step on stage with confidence.

※Video recording or audio recording during lessons is prohibited (recording of your own posing or walking is allowed).

※50-minute lessons include Q&A (Total time at the studio: 60 minutes, including changing time).

※Questions regarding posing techniques after the individual lesson will only be accepted for one week (this is a policy to ensure fairness).

【Cancellation Policy】

・Studio rental cancellations: 100% charge if within 10 days

・Lesson cancellations: 50% charge if the day before, 100% charge if the same day
