Bikini

画像保存用(A4) (3).png

In the Bikini division, emphasis is placed on overall balance and a feminine physique, valuing a toned and beautiful appearance rather than excessive muscle mass or deep muscular definition.

Beyond muscular development, judges assess total balance, including silhouette and lines that complement the athlete’s skeletal structure, as well as posture and expressive presentation on stage.

Judging is based on a comprehensive evaluation of the following elements: body balance and shape; overall silhouette and skeletal aesthetics; three-dimensional appearance created by shoulder roundness and back width; abdominal definition sufficient to show the center line; overall leg development; and glute shape, volume, and appropriate conditioning.

Excessive muscle mass or extreme conditioning may be judged as outside the category.

Overall presentation is also evaluated, including posture on stage, walk, expressive presentation (staging), suit fit and styling, skin tone (tanning), makeup, hair shine, and overall level of polish.

Mandatory Poses
During prejudging, the following three mandatory poses will be evaluated:

Front Pose / Side Pose / Back Pose
